CANCELLATION POLICY
These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for any experience hosted by Moonlight Experiences. By participating in any Moonlight Experiences you have read, understood and agreed to the Company's WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By purchasing an Experience ticket(s) from Moonlight Experiences, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING Standard terms & conditions of use and our cancellations policy
Cancellation Policy
All tickets sold are non-refundable as your space is guaranteed. Some tickets to events and after-parties are purchased prior to your arrival. We may be able to offer alternative days to attend depending on availability. If you have purchased extra tickets by mistake or bank error, we need to be notified within 24 hours of the purchased ticket to qualify for a refund. No refund will be issued on the day or after the experience. We have the right to suspend your participation in any experience, if you exhibit unacceptable behavior to other members in the group, in a venue or at an event. Any form of hate or prejudice will not be tolerated. We will always ensure that you are in safe spaces where you can be in who you are. Should you experience any form of hate by any member in the group or at an event, we encourage you to inform your nightlife host. ALL forms of harassment or misbehavior will be dealt with seriously.
If you are unable to join the experience, inform us immediately. You will not be reimbursed but we will do our best can provide alternative dates to participate in another experience where available. If you do not want to continue with the experience due to personal reasons you will not get reimbursed for the ticket(s).
Ensure you follow the itinerary provided by your nightlife host and follow them to the next venue/event. The host will not wait for you if you are not present to head to the next venue. You are also responsible for yourself and the limit of alcoholic, any beverage or food you consume whilst on the experience. If we cancel at the beginning of the experience due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control your ticket will be refunded in full. If you purchase your tickets from any website other than ours, please see their cancellation policies and terms and conditions.
Checking in: During the automated purchase process with our third-party booking system, you must review all booking details. We will send full itinerary and meeting locations details at least 2-3 days before the date of your experience. On arrival on the day of the event, please show your confirmation either electronically or a printed copy
Weather Condition
We conduct our experiences regardless of weather. Our activities will carry on even if it's rainy, cold or snowy. We will ensure it is safe to do so and review during extreme weather conditions. In an event of severe lightning or weather, your host will suspend the activity at their discretion. If the tour is suspended, you will be reimbursed for the partial or full price of the ticket depending on the time the experience was suspended.
Price and Payment
The Price of the Services will be shown on each experience organized by When Night Falls in London at the time of your Order.
If the Price shown in your Order differs from Our current Price We will inform you upon receipt of your order.
If We quote a Special Price that is different from the Price shown in Our current experience list, the Special Price will be valid for a limited period or, if the Special Price is part of an advertised special offer, for the period shown in the advertisement. Orders placed during this period will be accepted at the Special Price even if We do not accept the Order until after the period has expired.
Our Prices may change at any time but these changes will not affect Orders that We have already accepted.
All Prices include VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your Order and the date of your payment, We will adjust the rate of VAT that you must pay. Changes in VAT will not affect any Prices where We have already received payment in full from you.
Providing experiences and events
As required by law, We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with best practices and standards in the 1992 Package Travel Regulations, and in accordance with any information provided by Us about the Services and about Us.
We will begin to provide an experience or event on the date confirmed in Our Order Confirmation. We will continue providing the experiences or event for the time stated. We require any information or action from you in order to provide the Services, We will inform you of this as soon as is reasonably possible.
If information or action is required of you under sub. We will not be responsible for any delay caused as a result. If additional work is required from Us to correct or compensate for a mistake made as a result of incomplete or otherwise incorrect information or action on your part.
Data Protection (GDPR)
This Policy sets out the obligations of Moonlight Experiences, a company registered in England and Wales company no : 13893541 (“the Company”) regarding data protection and the rights of our customers and those that use our service (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The GDPR defines “personal data” as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (a “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
This Policy sets the Company’s obligations regarding the collection, processing, transfer, storage, and disposal of personal data. The procedures and principles set out herein must be followed at all times by the Company, its employees, agents, contractors, or other parties working on behalf of the Company. The Company is committed not only to the letter of the law, but also to the spirit of the law and places high importance on the correct, lawful, and fair handling of all personal data, respecting the legal rights, privacy, and trust of all individuals with whom it deals.

If you have problems with an experience hosted by us:
We always use reasonable efforts to ensure that Our provision of the Services is trouble-free. If, however, there is a problem with the Services We request that you inform Us as soon as is reasonably possible [(you do not need to contact Us in writing)].
We will use reasonable efforts to remedy problems during any experience taken as quickly as is reasonably possible and practical. In emergency situations, when experience may be delayed or suspended.
We will not charge you for remedying problems, where the problems have been caused by Us, any of our agents or employees, or where nobody is at fault. If We determine that a problem has been caused by incorrect or incomplete information or action provided or taken you will be asked to leave the experience.
As a consumer, you have certain legal rights with respect to the purchase of services. For full details of your legal rights and guidance on exercising them, it is recommended that you contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office
Complaints and Feedback
We always welcome feedback from our customers and, whilst We always use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that your experience as a customer of Ours is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from you if you have any cause for complaint.
All complaints are handled in accordance with Our complaints handling policy and procedure.

How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)
All personal information that We may collect (including, but not limited to, your name and address) will be collected, used and held in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and your rights under that Act.

Process your payment for the Services. Inform you of new experiences and services available from Us. You may request that We stop sending you this information at any time.
In certain circumstances (if, for example, you wish to pay for the Services on credit), and with your consent, We may pass your personal information on to credit reference agencies. Right to Distribute Media
You agree to grant the Company an irrevocable royalty-free worldwide license to use photos and videos taken on experiences, events or activities in which you may appear. By purchasing a ticket you are giving the consent unless you let us know. The Company has the right to reproduce, distribute, broadcast, exhibit, edit, digitize or in any other way use the Material by any means and in any form of media through advertising campaigns and promotional means, whether existing now or created later, without restriction worldwide, by incorporating the Material into its website, catalogs, Social media, books, brochures, magazines or any other publications, or any informational, commercial, promotional or advertising material (henceforth known collectively as the "Works"). You agree that the company is and shall be the exclusive owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Material and the Works, including copyright thereof
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in Sub-Clause 15.1 above takes away or reduces your rights as a consumer to rely on those provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
These Terms and Conditions, the Contract, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by,and construed in accordance with the law of England.
